As some of you many know I like to subscribe to the LGH theory of Handicapping the Line Moves and not the stats. I also find that reading what Chris Schultz of TSN.ca has to say or not say in his write ups is very helpful. In reading the boards this week I have even seen his info cut in pasted into other poster write ups too funny.

As well as reading his write ups I like to consider his score predictions and wager against his Spread winner.

Tonight he has Montreal winning 31-21 - But makes no mention of C Brian Chui retiring from the Al's just before training camp. Instead he focused on the Turnover of the Rush ends from Sask and indeed Sask did turn over a large amount of players, but this is the CFL and I just can't back Montreal winning by 10 or even 3 for that matter to home team that has given AC problems over the past.

There are some books offering the Al's at -3.5 currently I think that is too many points.

SASK +3 3*

small teaser
SASK +9 Over 47 1*

The Stampeeders have lost 3 starting Oline men, 3 starting Receivers and their Offensive Co-ordinator. The Stamps also jetisoned kicker Sandro DeAngelis, a proven veteran for them over the years. The total on this game is dropping like a rock, I think it will surely be a disappointing game after the opening act in Sask.

Schultzie has CGY winning 29-17 and he may have this game right low scoring and an Argo cover, hey he does win some games.

TOR +13.5 1*

GL powerz

I do have opinions on the other games will be back tomorrow with write ups.

Tough way to lose the Argos bet. Oh well, looks like you killed it tonight anyways. GL on the season.

Nice start to the season going 2-1 and picking up 2.9*, tough way to loose the CGY game.

Nice to see all the familiar faces stopping by - thanks for the props all. Coaster you have a pm

In the Friday night tilt - I like the Bombers - Buck Pierce is good for 2 things - first and foremost winning football games guy has an incredible attitude and wills his teams to win. the second is he get's hurt way too much. Not because he is fragile but because he is a balls out player.

Once again high hopes in Hamilton at the start of the season and most likely justified after a strong season last year and rare playoff appearance. However to lay points on them OTR is bad idea last year the Ticats were 7-2 ATS when playing on the road but only 3-6 SU.

This line opened at -1.0 and the first move was down to pick since then the public has bet the line back up -3. Schultz (who by the way started 0-2) has the tabbies winning by 5 feeding into the public mindset that the Cats are the right side. I am not so sure as I watch this Total sink I think we could see a close competitive game that like most CFL games will decided in the final 3 minutes.

I'll take the Blue Bombers +3 1* and ML +120 .5*

also small 7 pt teaser

WINN +10
UNDER 58
BC +11 - 1* to win 1.5*

Picked up a half unit last night - who knew the bombers would be so explosive.
3-2 +3.5 - now on the season

Tomorrow I like the Lions to come away with a straight up win. The addition of Derrick Armstrong & Jamal Robertson is going to make for an explosive offense in BC. The only problem for BC this year will the Oline is completely new , lets hope Casey has some good length strength early on b/c he will be rolling out alot.

Schultzie has the Eskimos winning by 6 so I will happily fade this pick as he is now 0-3

BC's run defence still looks like shit. They need to figure something out fast. I really like the addition of Armstrong, I thought he was just as good as Stegall when they played together in Winnipeg. Still has a lot to offer.

But can't argue going against Shultzie.... GL.

good luck with BC tonight, they scare me a little with that inexperienced OL. Only 9 combined starts between all 5 of them... Good thing Printers is mobile cause he could be doing a lot of scrambling tonight
